Ingredients:
4 large French bread rolls
1 cup cream cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup processed ham, diced
1/2 bunch chopped parsley
1 egg

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, grated mozzarella, chopped ham, chopped parsley and egg.
• Make a cut down the center of the loaves and remove the bread from the center.
• Fill the mini-loaves with the mixture, add more grated cheese on top, and bake until browned.
